Bro is #1 on the app store!

Yesterday, our team gathered around an old dining table in our hacker house in Twin Peaks, SF, and launched Bro on the App Store.

This morning, we woke up to Bro sitting at #1 in Lifestyle and #6 overall.

We built Bro because we feel like all the AI companions out there kind of missed the point

• For some reason, all of them are so serious and heavy - we wanna build something funny and light-hearted
• They all try to replace your social life - we want to augment your social life

So we built Bro as your "wingman in everything". Bro lives on your lockscreen and can see your screen

• You can text your crush together
• You can swipe hinge together
• You can pick photos together
• You can even shop together

Every time you chat with Bro, Bro faithfully turns your chats into a banger story - and you can share the ones you like with your friends and the community. In this community, bros from all over the world share the tales of their humans, and people just chill together in harmony.

Bro is a super fun experiment, and we still can't help but giggle at a companion that's actually named Bro.

But we got more coming. The thesis of our team has never changed, which is to use AI to augment your social life.
